In this section of the blog, on the pages that follow, I will post healthy and delicious recipes that have made it possible for me to get as far as I have in my weight loss journey. Since I love to eat, I had to find a way to make healthy food that tastes delicious and is satisfying at the same time so that I wouldn’t feel deprived. I experiment with new recipes, new foods and new food brands all the time so that I have a variety of satisfying meals to choose from. That keeps me from getting bored and going back to old favorites that are not figure friendly. Maybe some of the recipes will inspire you. For my Weight Watchers colleagues, I’ll list the points for each recipe.
