8 chicken drumsticks, skinless
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 lime
Mix together the oil, seasonings and lime juice, slather it all over the chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least half an hour and preferably overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Coat the pan with cooking spray. Place the chicken onto the sheet pan and spread out evenly. Roast the chicken for 40 or so minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced with a knife. Enjoy.
